Rippleとは

写真を撮って、箇条書きを入れる。それだけ。

Ripple は、小さな会社や店舗が、スマートフォンだけで Instagram・Googleビジネスプロフィール・自社ブログに同時に投稿できる業務ツールです。

パソコンは要りません。文章を考える必要もありません。

使い方

1. 写真を撮る

現場でそのまま撮影します。複数枚まとめて選べます。

2. 要点を箇条書きで入れる

「新作入荷」「土曜は10時から」程度で十分です。音声入力も使えます。

3. 文章ができる

あらかじめ登録いただいた過去の投稿を参照して、その会社らしい言い回しで本文が作られます。テンプレートの穴埋めではありません。使い続けるほど文体がなじんでいきます。

4. 確認して投稿する

選んだ投稿先すべてに公開されます。どこが成功したかは一覧で確認できます。

（任意）管理者の承認を挟む

設定で「承認が必要」を有効にすると、担当者の投稿はいったん下書きになり、管理者が確認してから公開されます。スタッフが増えてきた会社向けの機能です。既定では無効で、誰でもそのまま投稿できます。

投稿できる先

複数の店舗・事業所をお持ちの場合、投稿先を拠点ごとに選べます。

対象となる方

• 従業員20名以下の会社
• 美容室、飲食店、整体院などの店舗
• 発信したいが、パソコンの前に座る時間がない方
• ホームページの更新が数年止まっている方

ご利用にあたって必要なもの

Instagram に投稿する場合

• Instagram のプロアカウント（ビジネスまたはクリエイター）

Googleビジネスプロフィールに投稿する場合

• ご自身が管理権限を持つ、確認済みのビジネスプロフィール

上記が整っていない場合でも、初回の訪問時に当社が設定をお手伝いします（訪問対応の有無はご契約内容によります）。

セキュリティとデータの取扱い

• 投稿できるのは、お客様ご自身が管理権限を持つアカウントのみです
• 連携はお客様の操作による許可が必要で、いつでも解除できます
• 当社が取得するのは投稿に必要な情報のみです。フォロワーの個人情報、ダイレクトメッセージ、口コミの投稿者情報は取得しません
• すでに公開されている投稿を読み取ることもありません。 文体の参考にする文章は、初回設定時にお客様ご自身で登録いただいたものだけを使います
• 会社ごとにデータを分離して保管しています
• 広告目的でのデータ利用、第三者への販売は行いません

About Ripple (for platform reviewers)

Ripple is a business tool for small companies in Japan, typically with fewer than 20 employees. An employee at a client company takes a photo on site, enters a few bullet points, and the application generates a short caption. The client company can optionally require a designated administrator to review and approve the content before it is published.

The application publishes only to Instagram Professional accounts and Google Business Profile locations owned and managed by the client company itself. Each client explicitly authorises the connection through the standard OAuth flow and can revoke it at any time from within the application.

Access is limited to companies under a paid contract with us. The application is not open to the general public and does not publish to any account that the authorising user does not administer.

We do not collect follower data, direct messages, or reviewer information. We do not read existing posts from the platform. Where the application refers to a company's previous writing in order to match its tone, that text is supplied by the client themselves during setup and stored in our own database.

The only data we obtain from Meta is the account identifier, the account name, and the access token required to publish. None of this is sent to any third party, including the external AI service used to draft captions.

Access tokens are stored encrypted at rest and deleted immediately upon disconnection or contract termination.
